- Determine Strike water volume and temperature
- Mash
- Pull grains and squeeze out liquid
- Heat water to boiling point, watch for foaming
- Perform Hop Additions
- Add wort chiller, temperature gauge, and lid to boiling wort 15 minutes before flameout, to sanitize.
- At flameout, turn off gas and begin cooling procedure.
