    • Pot(s)
    • Spoon
    • Burner
    • Propage
    • Lighter
    • Scissors
    • Wort Chiller
    • Chilled Water / Cooler / Pump
    • Mechanical Thermometer
    • Mesh Grain / Brew Bag
    • Pulley
    • Digital Thermometer
  3. Ingredients
    • Hops
    • Grain (Milled)
    • Adjuncts / Other
  4. Determine Strike water volume and temperature
  5. Mash
  6. Pull grains and squeeze out liquid
  7. Heat water to boiling point, watch for foaming
  8. Perform Hop Additions
  9. Add wort chiller, temperature gauge, and lid to boiling wort 15 minutes before flameout, to sanitize.
  10. At flameout, turn off gas and begin cooling procedure.
